Is my dog allowed at the Arizona Horse Fair?
We encourage attendees to leave pets at home where they will be most comfortable. Dogs on the grounds and in pavilions must be leashed at all times. For the safety of your pet, please do not leave animals in your car unattended. Service animals will be allowed within the expo.

What does my general admission ticket provide?
In addition to entry into the equine trade show, your general admission ticket allows you access to all the presentations, clinics and demonstrations! Seating to the Trainers Challenge is also included – don’t forget seating is on a first-come, first-served basis!

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, tickets are available at the door on a cash-only basis.

What does my VIP Trainers Challenge ticket include?

The VIP Trainers Challenge ticket includes the following:

  • Arizona Horse Fair Weekend Pass
  • Welcome Reception Friday – meet the Trainers and the Judges
  • Access to VIP Lounge with complimentary snacks and refreshments

Is there a fee for parking at WestWorld of Scottsdale?
Yes, parking rates vary with the events at WestWorld of Scottsdale, but is typically around $5 per day.

Can I carry a concealed weapon on the WestWorld of Scottsdale grounds?
Per the rules of WestWorld of Scottsdale – No firearms or weapons are permitted on the property. Violators are subject to forfeiture or arrest.

Is there feed available on the grounds for purchase?
Yes, there is a concession with food available for purchase.

Is filming of the clinics allowed?
No filming of clinics, demonstrations or presentations (including the Trainers Challenge, Youth Pro-Am nor the Equine Experience) is allowed.

How do I apply to ride in the clinic sessions?
From the “Features” tab on the main menu bar you can locate the “Ride with the Clinicians” link. Here you can find the Rider Application Form and Clinic Rider Package.

If I am accepted into a clinic how will I know?
You will be contacted by email with a confirmation of the clinic acceptance, this email will include costs and information regarding clinic time(s) and stabling.

Do you have arrangements with local hotels for special pricing?
Yes, visit our “Hotel & Camping” tab under the Information bar.  Ensure that you quote the booking codes shown.

Do you run shuttles from the local hotels?
Sorry, we do not run shuttles from the local hotels as we have found there is not enough demand for a shuttle service yet.

How do I book camping for my RV?

Are events held indoors?
Yes, the Round Pen, main Arena and Trade Show floor are indoors. There is a second arena outdoors that has a covered ceiling and misting fans for your comfort.

Do you offer group pricing for tickets?
At this time we do not offer group ticket pricing.

How much is it to purchase a ticket for the Saturday Night Youth Pro-Am Competition & Equine Experience?
General admission for the Saturday Night entertainment is $12.00 per night, per person in advance and $15.00 per night, per person at the door. To reserve an individual seat for either night is $20.00 per night, per person in advance and $25.00 per night, per person at the door. Please note seating availability is limited – to guarantee your seat get your tickets now!

What is the duration of the Youth Pro-Am and Equine Experience?
The Youth Pro-Am and Equine Experience usually run for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes each, depending on the number of participants.

Who is performing in the Equine Experience this year?
When acts are confirmed we will post a schedule on our Schedule Page.

How far is WestWorld of Scottsdale from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport?
WestWorld is approximately 35 minutes (22.5 miles) from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Head west on E Sky Harbour Blvd, take AZ-202 Loop E and AZ-101 Loop N to N Pima Rd in Scottsdale. Take exit 38 from AZ-101 Loop N, continue on N Pima Rd. Drive to E Westworld Rd.

Do you have food and/or bedding available on the grounds for purchase?
Yes, WestWorld of Scottsdale have feed & bedding for sale during expo. Please note, import of bedding is not allowed.

Will there be wash bays available for me to wash my horse?
Yes, there are wash bays with hot and cold water located at the facility. Please see Rider Check-In upon arrival for location of the wash bays.
